These four Core Values drive us, encourage us, and challenge us to be better today than we were yesterday.
Everyone has a voice: Everyone at Modagrafics, regardless of position, has a voice. Meaning that if someone sees an area that can be improved or if there is a concern, then they can take ownership of that situation and propose a solution.
Naturally curious problem solvers: We need to understand how things work and why we are using specific materials in our construction. We need to have people who ask questions to develop a plan to improve the processes. By being naturally curious, we will solve problems before they arise.
Act with Passion, Unity, Humility, Servanthood, and Thankfulness toward our fellow employees, customers, vendors, and shareholders: These five terms are considered the Modagrafics Way. They are the values for how we would like for our employees to see the world and act toward others.
Take ownership and initiative to continuously improve: It is imperative that we continually work toward improving the company and our processes so that we are the best that we can be and we can build our clients’ brands.
